A straight flight is the simplest. A turn at the bottom or a taller void under a landing needs extra cut parts, which adds to the price.

More pull-outs means more runners, more carcassing and more material. Four full drawers costs more than two shoe drawers with a coat unit.

A full-height pull-out for coats, the vacuum and the ironing board is the single biggest component in most layouts.

Usually yes. An under-stairs system uses space you already have, so there is no need to give up floor area elsewhere in the house, and the whole installation is completed in one day.
Every part is cut by CNC machine to the surveyed measurements before the fitting day. That removes days of on-site labour, which is the largest cost in traditional joinery, without losing the made-to-measure fit.
No. You start with an instant online estimate. A £50 refundable deposit books your home survey and a provisional fitting date. Once the surveyor has confirmed your measurements and final design, you pay a 25% deposit so manufacture can begin, and the remaining 75% balance is paid on completion, when the storage is fitted and you are happy with it.
